How is Talcom Relocation connected to Talcom?
Talcom Relocation is part of Talcom. Relocation and immigration grew into a full service of its own, so it now has its own team and its own home here. Same people, same standards, same accountability. If you already work with Talcom, nothing changes in how you reach us.

Do you only work with employers, or can I arrange this myself?
Both. Most of our work comes through employers who want one partner handling immigration, housing and settling in. But plenty of internationals come to us directly, whether their employer covers nothing or only part of the process. You can book a single service or a full package.

Where in the Netherlands do you work?
Our strongest network is in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Haarlem, Hilversum, Amersfoort and Utrecht, and that is where most of our housing work happens. Outside that area we work with trusted local partners for viewings and local knowledge, while we keep ownership of the process and stay your single point of contact.

What does it cost?
We work with fixed fees, not hourly billing, so you know the price before anything starts. Our rates are published on the site. Government fees, deposits and things like translations and legalisations come from third parties, so those are passed on at cost and we flag them upfront. No surprise invoices.
